- Driving Licence and the licence check gov.uk/view-driving-licence needs to be produced along with a proof of ID e.g. = letter / bill confirming the drivers address
- Payment is required by debit or credit card on the day of collecting the van (after a £20 per day non-refundable deposit is made upon booking)
- Insurance is included. The driver should be employed in a low risk profession, in good health & have a full, clean driving licence with no convictions or accidents (otherwise the insurance rate will increase)
- The Insurance excess is £650. Funds need to be available on the card for a pre-authorisation payment (cash deposits can be made alternatively on request)
- A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) fee of £15 per day can be paid to reduce the insurance excess from £650 down to £250
- The drivers should be aged between 25 – 65 years old and should have had a full driving licence for at least two years
- Full tank of fuel and 250 miles per day included, any additional will be charged at 24p per mile & the van needs to be returned with a full tank of fuel
